As a female it's scary to take your car to any auto repair shop. I always felt like auto repair shops view me as a money symbol. But not here. I have been going to Prior's since I moved to Spokane and purchased my vehicle in 2013. They have never tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs and are always friendly. I will never take my car anywhere else!

These guys came highly recommended by some co-workers. It is hard to find a good mechanic like the guys at Prior's. We took our car in, and told them to fix whatever so that we could sell it. Well it turned out to be a Mass Air Flow Sensor. All this time other shops were telling us it was a major repair. They figured it out in under 30 minutes. Thanks again for the friendly service.

What a treat! We stopped in here on our way back from a ski trip. Our Suburban had all kinds of lights and whistles come on while driving thru the Spokane Area. We looked on our phones and found this place on Yelp. We pulled up, and a big tall gentleman asked us if he can give us a hand. We told him what was going on, and that it was a rental and we were not going to spend any money. He said to give him a couple of minutes and he'll let us know what is going on "no charge". About 10 minutes later he emerged and said we were ready to go. You just don't run in to people like this everyday. Wish you guys were in my town! Thanks again!

Awesome and trustworthy. My whole family brings their cars here. There is a convenience store with a deli right next door, so if I go at lunch time I can get a sandwich & a soda while I wait. Last time I was in there, a new release movie was playing in the lobby and they had chocolate on the counter. Love this place!
